The forecasts were obtained using automated calculation methods certified by Roshydromet, developed in Hydrometcenter of Russia and SibNIGMI. When releasing official products of the hydrometeorological service, automated forecasts are refined and supplemented by specialists of the territorial departments of Roshydromet Romet
